A joke on Ray Thompson.

To get the full benefit of this joke you really need to know Ray Thompson. If you don't know him too bad, but you can still read the "news reports" and get a laugh.

The day after President Clinton (now he's a joke all to himself) made his now famous "I'm almost going to apologize, and almost going to admit I lied" speech, Ray wrote an editorial to the Alexandria Newspaper. To summarize his letter, "Women are stupid." Well maybe it wasn't quite that bad, but most of the women who knew him (and probably a lot who didn't) took it that way. What Ray really said was that since women had been Clinton's main supporters, and he had treated a woman the way he did, and in polls women said that they could forgive him, then women must not be very bright and so they shouldn't be allowed to vote. Or something like that.

So anyway the women at the company where he worked had some funny photographs of Ray and they decided to play this joke on Ray. Like I said, even if you don't know Ray, you'll probably find the "News Reports" funny.
